We offer 4 levels of training:
- Level 1 (basic)
This is a 2-hour introduction to buying properties in the US. This is a FREE introduction to small groups of investors with interest in buying Real Estate in the US. - Level 2 (Intermediate)
This is a half day workshop. We get into more details and specifics of the whole process. We offer this training for small groups and we tailor it to the size of the group and the level of experience of the participants. - Level 3 (Mentorship Program)
This “one on one” program is designed to directly guide you in the successful acquisition of a well selected rental property. David will directly mentor you for up to 1 year! It is intended for a small group of new or experienced investors that are trained and/or have experience and motivation to take action.One of the most valuable components of this program is the introduction to our UNIQUE and local sources, and other important service providers like Renovation and maintenance companies, Property Managers, etc.You will get:
* Direct mentoring for up to 1 year
* Introductions you to the local professionals WE use and or have already screened:
– Reputable Sourcing Agents (they offer clear Title, others we discounted properties ALREADY under contract and offered mainly to investors)
– Realtors
– Renovation companies
– Property managers
– Other key service providers (Appraisers, Inspectors, Title Insurance Companies, Lawyers, etc)
* Access to a selected group of active Canadian Real Estate Investors buying in the US
- Level 4 (Turn Key Acquisition)
For very busy people either self-employed or working for a company

Optional Scouting /Acquisition Trip; we will facilitate appointments with our KEY Team members. These are KEY Service Providers we work with; they will take you to see a number of selected properties, and answer your questions.
Depending on your travel preferences, your travel expenses are typically in the $1300 to $1600 range for 3 days, including air-hotel-food and car rental.
