The rental properties we buy are generally detached homes with 3+bedrooms 1+ bathrooms in well-selected areas with good rental demand; the acquisition price range is currently  $70,000 to $100,000. The rents vary from $800 to $1300 per month depending on the location and the specific property. The properties have clean Title Insurance from well-established Title Companies.
